Full Provider Cleanup Process

All data will be normalized by running over 300 core utilities such as, parsing routines, key word search and replace, eliminating punctuation, bad characters, address verification on every record, attaching a BLI key onto each provider record.
BLI will inactivate or lock all duplicate providers. We do not delete providers due to claims history.
The duplicate provider PPO network information will be populated to the active provider to establish the one provider to many network affiliations.
Cross-reference and update specialty codes.
Cross-reference and update fee schedule names.
Cross-reference and update degrees/titles.
Verify and populate all claim system fields.
BLI will ensure that the provider/fee schedule relationship is properly setup.
BLI will supply client with a detailed listing of changes made from original data set.
BLI will supply additional reports that contain duplicate providers, and transposed TINs.
